Youth in Uganda are the youngest population in the world, with 77% of its population being under 25 years of age. There are 7,310,386 youth from the ages of 15–24 years of age living in Uganda.
We advocate for skills as an important factor to improve young people’s transitions to decent work and to highlight the crucial role of skilled youth in addressing today’s most challenging global issues.
We also work on sexual and reproductive health and rights for adolescent girls and boys, providing them with trustworthy information about sexual health and the physical and emotional changes they experience during puberty.
